Liberal Democrat Councillor for Clackmannanshire North John Shier Biggam
I am 60 years of age and joined the Alloa Academy Young Liberals in the 1960s and have been active locall ever since. I am proud to represent the Scottish Liberal Democrat cause in the multimember ward of Clackmannanshire North in which I have lived all my life. I am an enthusiastic user of my recently acquired bus pass. This is a good way of keeping in contact with local people as well as being environmentally friendly. When Dr. Beeching axed the trains I was sure it was a big mistake so I am glad that they reintroduced ON May 19th. I have used them myself and encourage everyone to use them. Up to 2 children can travel free with every adult.
